4. Listing Guidelines

• All property listings must be genuine and legally owned or managed by you.
• No duplicate, misleading, or fake listings are allowed.
• Zerodalali reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

5. Payment & Plans

Some features on Zerodalali are paid (like premium listings or advertisement boosts). These are clearly labeled and available under different pricing plans.

Important: All payments made for our premium services or advertising options are non-refundable. We advise users to review features and pricing carefully before purchasing.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

Once a payment is successfully processed for any service (e.g., listing plan, ad package, subscription), it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused time, missed leads, or accidental purchases.

If you face any technical issue, contact us at support@zerodalali, and our team will try to resolve it promptly. However, the payment will not be refunded under any circumstance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and software used on Zerodalali are the intellectual property of Zerodalali Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zerodalali is a listing and lead generation platform. We are not responsible for the transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any listings or interactions. Users are advised to verify all information and proceed with due diligence.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
